very slow and buggy macbook pro

hi there

i've run an etrecheck on my mac. it is running incredibly slowly. it sometimes switches itself off and doesn't play audio and the left shift key has stopped working. i only bought it last year so it shouldn't be giving these sorts of problems. i don't really understand how to fix the issues from the etrecheck report attached here. any help would be much appreciated.
