How can I select a microphone so my voice will be recorded with my screenrecording?

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.15

When New Screen Recording is selected in QuickTime Player a floating toolbar is displayed before starting the recording. On the toolbar, under Options there's the Microphone source option.
