Failure to connect into iTunes Store

My iPhone 6s is not connecting to iTunes U App.when I try to connect it loads for seconds and reply can not connect to iTunes.

please i request your support

You've tried : If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support ?
