Hi there, I am from Czech republic and I bought mac air with English ios. I am happy with that. The problem is, when I downloaded files .srt and inside document with czech language, special czech diacritics doesn't show properly and text in czech language doesn't make sence. How I can fix it? is there some cech library for ios? thank you
When you do TextEdit > File > Open, click on the "options" button at the bottom and change the Plain Text Encoding from "automatic" to something else, such as ISO Latin 2 or UTF-8 and see if that helps.

What app are you trying to read the .srt files with? It sounds like you have the encoding wrong. Post a screen shot of what you are seeing.
