I have an older iPad which won't let me keep up with the latest IOS updates...says 10.3.4 is the latest I can get... any work around to enhance my operating system to current IOS?
Nope.
If you need an iPad that can run the latest and greatest versions of iOS, as well as, the most current apps available, then, you will need to purchase a new iPad from Apple or a discounted, refurbished iPad from Apple’s Refurbished & Clearance section of Apple’s Website.

No. Your only work around is to purchase a newer ipad.
Any way to update beyond 10.4.. automatic updates no longer work. I am afraid my iPad is becoming obsolete
