Rename AliasBadgeIcon.icns file in Catalina

I am trying to rename this file so that I can get rid of the arrows on my alias folders. I have done this successfully with earlier OSX following these instructions:

But now, in 10.15.2, I can't click on it to rename. I've tried all the variations--command-click, command-shift-click, etc.

When I right click on the file, "Rename" does not show as one of the options.

Screen shot of info window attached.

When I open in Preview the file shows as locked in the bar with the file name.

Any help would be appreciated!

No can do. Yes you used to, but not with Cataliana—you can read more after the jump

The System Libraries are now read-only since Catalina. There is no way round that.

You only have edit access to files in Macintosh HD Data

Thank you both. Alas, it sounds like I will have to tolerate the little Alias arrow from now on.
