Problems uninstalling Rapport from iMac

I want to remove Rapport from my Mac. When I run the uninstaller it asks me to type in characters from a CATPHA, but the CATPHA is blank. Anyone else had this issue and resolved it?

Rapport is really slowing my mac down.

Pro Tools Won't Open - Helper Tool Prompt Window Trying To Install I have Pro Tools Artist 2022.7 Subscription. It was working fine before when I first downloaded it, now it will not open. I keep getting "Pro Tools is trying To Install a new Helper Tool" prompt. I type in my password and hit "Install Helper". It says to relaunch Pro Tools, but it still won't open. I just get the "Helper Tool" prompt again and again. I've tried all of the on-line suggestions that I could find such deleting any avid files in Library/LaunchDaemen and PrivilegedHelperTools, but still won't open. Greyed out (skip) FCP section in Install Disc I've read the comments from way back dealing with FCP 6 failing to install and my problem is similar. As the Install disc failed due to the FCP part being greyed out I used the uninstall prog to get rid of everything FCP in my drive and tried again to install but still get the install page with FCP greyed out. I'm using a MacPro 1.1 from 2006 and on a separate drive which I've taken out for the time being whilst I get rid of all FCP stuff. Can anyone help with this? The

Help with slow iMac (EtreCheck Report included) Hi, looking for any direction on cleaning up my Mac so it runs a little better. I realize it’s never going to be lightening quick, but it definitely needs to be better than it currently is. Right now, trying to run more than one program at a time causes it to freeze or the app to fail and close. I have almost no additional apps loaded, except for Microsoft office, as it’s used for very basic stuff, but lately it’s been a nightmare just to open up a program. I ran the EtreCheck, included the report. I don’t know what I/O usage is, or what to do about the kernel extensions. Thanks in advance!

What macOS version are you running?

Did anything improve when you clicked the "Try Another..." button? That should refresh the window.

The CAPTCHA is not coming from Apple but from the Rapport Uninstaller so, other than asking you if you clicked buttons, there is not a lot we can do here. You need to contact Rapport support.
