problem with Pages after installing Catalina

I have the same issue and have never changed permission. I have same problem since upgrading to Catalina. Off and on - sometimes I can open docs for almost a whole day, but then stops working. When I get that response, I reboot and can open documents --- for a while ... I think there is a glitch in Catalina that Apple need to fix!

I had the same issue and this worked thank you .. Though what I did and why I should have needed to is shrouded in Apple mystique!
