Deleted iPhone backup in Music

Okay, so you created a backup and then deleted the backup file. Now you wish to know if you can create another backup? Yes, you can, and no, it will not try to set the phone up as new. Connect the iPhone to the computer, open iTunes, and after selecting the phone, click on Backup Now.
