Voicemail no longer works

I updated my iPhone xs to iOS 13.13 and my voicemail no longer works. I have tried the steps I read about online including resetting the network and still lost my voicemails and can't receive any or reset voicemail. help!

You don't say what won't work. However voicemail is a carrier function. Contact your carrier with your concerns and they can reset your voicemail.
