When trying to print, the printing gets hangup in the Que. HP new print drivers were installed. The HP utilities recognize the printer and gives ink level status and shows the printer as idle. Cancel print job and then says to cancel job from printer and say can connect to printer. I hooked up my wife's MacBook and it will print from her MacBook (BTW it is running El Capitan, can't upgrade).

I will reply to my own question since I receive an answer from the HP Community. I switched over from USB to Air Drop and the printer is working. Hopefully HP will come up with a fix for USB.
