The reminders in the reminders app are gone after the iOS 13 upgrade... I had dozens of ideas I had been collecting over the years... :-(((

If you backed it up very recently to iTunes or iCloud, you can try restoring the phone from that backup. Easy to do. Instructions easy to find here searching help for “restore backup”.
Update: the missed reminders showed up again... it seems the Reminders app upgrade is now fixed or it takes a long time, as the reminders are now back there.
I've lost all the reminders that are not on the default list. The lists are there but they are empty. I still have the reminders on other devices that I did not update. And I can't access the reminders app on icloud from the web, it gives an error!

it was backed up to iCloud but i have no idea how to restore them. any help?

Do you have any intention of fixing this same problem on iCloud for Windows?
Updated to 13.1, hit upgrade on remiders and ... all the reminders disappeared again!
Also this is what happens if I try to see the reminders on iCloud:
