iOS 13 won’t show as an option on my iPad pro

when I go to software update on my iPad Pro it shows my software 12.4.1 is up to date and gives me no option to upgrade to iOS 13

iOS 13 is for smaller iDevices, now, like iPhone and iPod Touch.

iPads are going to now ONLY run iPadOS which gets released by Apple on Tuesday, September 24th.
