Question

IPad Pro 12.9 and IOS 13

I have a IPad Pro I bought this year and have tried to upgrade to IOS 13, but it does not give me an option to do so in settings:general: software update. show it is up to date with 12.4.1. Any suggestions?

Wait until iPad OS is released on the 24th.

iOS13 is only for phones and iTouches

Apple already knows that they are releasing iPadOS at a later date.

Originally it was September 30th.

Apple pushed the date up September 24th.

Thanks so much, I had also contacted Apple and the customer service rep said she "thought" it was going to come out on a later date. I really thought that is something they should know.
