My Apple Watch is only showing half of the screen, but everything still works. I’ve tried to restart it but it still doesn’t show the whole screen. Is there any solution?

Reset it by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.

I’d contact Apple Support- it seems there’s a hardware problem with your Watch. Begin that process here: https://support.apple.com/contact
If you read the OPs original post, you would know they tried restarting their Watch.
