Hi, my Apple Watch is like stuck on a big screen and I can’t move it. It’s like the screen was enlarged. How do I fix it?

Watch app on the phone;

Tap on accessibility and turn off zoom.

According to Apple:

To force restart your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo. 
