Please help!
So I purchased 2 songs on iTunes to my iPhone which downloaded well. I then went onto my iPod, went into iTunes, saw the songs were purchased but I can’t download them. The purchased box is grey and I can’t open it. Any ideas?

Check to see if you've hidden them from there : Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support
You are not in the Purchased section, tap on the More button bottom right of the app
You've checked to see if it's hidden from the Purchased area ? Have you contacted iTunes Support ?

when I open up the album I purchased the 2 songs from, the song list is there and next to it is a grey box with purchased in it but when I click it, nothing happens!!
so the songs are in my iTunes account but I can’t download them

No, clicked that, clicked purchased and the songs aren’t even in the list, only the previously bought songs from months ago!

No, not hidden, clearly says purchased but won’t let me click on it.
