Cannot restore iphone with iTunes
My iPhone is in recovery mode. But when I tried to restore/update it with iTunes it says an unkown error occurred. (error 4013).

Windows computer? What version of iTunes?
I have a MacBook air. The iTunes version I have is 12.9.5.5
