iPhone could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (4013)

iPhoneX failed and is saying it needs to be restored, plugged into iTunes but get the 4013 error.

Any ideas what could be the issue or solution?

Thanks but had already gone through that general support doc, it doesn't really say anything other than "try again and contact us"

It’s too bad your iPhone still isn’t working.

It sounds like contacting Apple Support is your only remaining choice.
