Can you get an express exchange if you go into your local apple store?

I dropped my phone cracking my back glass first for every thing I guess. But I would rather get a new iPhone that hasn’t been opened up but I don’t want to have the money on hold while I wait for the new one to come and return my old one. And I wanted to know if I can pay the 100 dollars and exchange it at the apple store.

Exchange I bought the iphone 11 pro max a few days ago. At the store, no phones were on display because of looting, so i was not actually able to get a visual of the options. I didn’t actually see the phone until i got home to set it up to program. I wanted the 11 pro, but i was told it was small. EXCHANGE Can I exchange an iPhone 13 Pro Max? I did not realize how heavy the phone is and it’s very painful for my hands. The person at Best Buy just went back and got it and put it in a bag. They did not have the one I wanted in stock so I settled on the one they had.

exchange Hey! I have 13 pro max at the moment and I am seeking to exchange it with used 14 pro max or new by providing the price difference. I know that I might’ve to go to Apple store and give them my phone to define my current phone’s condition. Can I actually do this?

Make a genius bar appointment and they can replace your phone on the spot. However, the back glass will cost more than $100.
