Hey! I have 13 pro max at the moment and I am seeking to exchange it with used 14 pro max or new by providing the price difference. I know that I might’ve to go to Apple store and give them my phone to define my current phone’s condition. Can I actually do this?

or, you can try selling the old one by yourself, then add the money to buy a different (new/used) model.
