Gift card problem
Hello i boght a apple gift card and when I redeem it says the card code u entered has not been probably activated how can it work pls thank u

All stores / retailers that sell iTunes card, must activate the card at the time of sale. Perhaps the store failed to do so.
If you still have the proof of purchase, please contact iTunes Store and provide the proof of purchase.
If it's a stolen iTunes card or a iTunes card that fell off a truck, no one can activate it.
