Try using OPTION-COMMAND-R to get into Internet recovery mode via your Wi-Fi (or wired ethernet) connection.

If your MacBook Pro has an Ethernet port you can plug into your router to eliminate possible Wi-Fi issues. If you get an error, please note this will only work reliably on an unrestricted network like the type most home/residential users would have.
