I need help for parental control app

I use iOS and my child’s device is iOS too. I can’t use any parental control app, cause I can’t connect with my child’s device. It’s seems the the instruction is like fake, it’s useless app, I used 3 useless app which in screenshot,

So I use OurPact parental control app before , I could use it better but the OurPact is not available in AppStore now. OurPact app was so much better app , but it’s not exist in AppStore. So now which parental control app will be better for me to use? Please help me
