permsisson to download apps

Is there a way to put a parental control on my daughters phone so that she needs my permission to download apps?

parental control For my kids to get an app on there phone they have to look for it in the app store, find it and press the get or buy button. This then brings up a box that they have to ask me to get that app, if I decline they don't get it however it seems that if i have the app already or we have had the app in the past they can download it from the cloud without it asking me can I stop this from happening

Parental controls My mom has parental controls on my phone..totally fine, but I can’t even update any of my apps without her Apple ID password. My mom doesn’t have time to go through all of my apps and update them, and she agreed to turn it off, but she has turned off every parental control and I still can’t update or redownload apps without her password.
