My mac inbuilt keyboard and trackpad is not working

Hi team,

I have tried everything from SMC resetting and other options using safe mode as well. But the keyboard and the trackpad are not responding. Can you please advise as what would be the next steps to follow.

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.13

Do you have an external keyboard & mouse to try?

It sounds like you have a hardware issue so I would suggest taking it to the Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined.
