Changing payment method in settings
I received a message from apple stating my iCloud is not being backed up any longer due to an unsuccessful attempt to charge my card. I went to settings to change my method of payment. It states I can not delete the current payment because it is linked to a current subscription.. the subscription is the 50 GB storage.. I am unable to add another method of payment because it can not verify the old method of payment. So I am not able to resolve the issue. The current card in my settings has been deactivated, due to the fact it was lost. I need help to resolve this issue.
