Changing Payment Form

My phone keeps asking me to confirm my credit card information of a credit card that is canceled. When trying to eliminate it or change it for another credit card it doesnt let me do it because it says that I have an active subscription on it. I already canceled all suscriptions but still doesnt let me change the payment form. Can someone help me with this?
