Apple watch 4 series lte 44 mm battery draining fast

My apple watch 4 lte 44 mm battery draining very fast .. it’s losing about 5 per cent per hour.. I don’t know wats the issue done reset, re- pair, background refresh off, greyscale ON,,,everything...I don’t know wat to do.. terrible battery.. unsatisfied completely.
