I cannot hear any sound from the macbook speaker.

I tried to find look for internal speaker option under output in system preference. BUT there is none... There is only headphone option.

I cannot hear any sound from the keyboard speaker. What do i do?

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.14

Try an NVRAM reset:

Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
