Transferred Apple Music from my iPhone X to ITunes on my computer. Want to transfer same music to my iPod classic but it won’t take. I have close to 17,000 songs on phone/Computer but only 700 are being accepted to my iPod classic. I drag the songs to the appropriate file under iPod. Can you please help me?

if you are talking about Apple Music the subscription service, you cannot copy these songs to another device, only download them again on that device - of course on an iPod Classic that can't be done.
