How to call forward?

Hi I can't figure out how to forward calls from my work phone an iPhone Xs to my personal phone an iPhone 5c. I went to settings, phone and under phone there is no call forwarding option that pops up. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Call forwarding using i0s13 I would like to call forward my calls to another Iphone however I cant find the option. Does this option still exist?
