i have the Apple Music membership just the Hiram one that cost $10.00 a month it’s charging me 12.99 for some reason anyone know why

Some regions allow listing prices without tax, but collect tax with the fees. Other regions have this included.
Or possibly it is a combined charge with another $3.00 item?
