SMS charges for iMessage when I do not even use it

okay so there has been many transactions from my number and SMS are being sent from my number to that number 447786205094 without me doing anything. This has been happening for a while now and all my balance are being deducted. When I googled this I saw that many people faced this and it’s due to something related to iMessage and FaceTime and I do not use either. What should I do here to avoid this?

Disable iMessage and FaceTime on your iPhone.

iMessage and FaceTime are activating by sending an international SMS message. Some carrier do charge you for that, some don't. Your carrier charges.
