Problems with Ventura 13.0.1

Hi colleagues

This is a MacBook Pro 13", with Ventura 13.0.1. Always working fine, but suddenly S.O. starts to block: cannot horizontally scrolls between screens, and cannot access app. Mouse pointer works, if I wait it restart automatically, if not I have to switch off and on...

No new software installed before this issue.

Any clue what could happen?
