Overheating iphone 14 pro max

My iphone 14 pro max since the day I got it (2 weeks ago aprox.) its been overheating since the transfer from my old phone to this one. It overheats when i use the camera for taking pictures and video, when its charging with the 5w and 20w adapter, even sometimes when using ir for whatsapp.

Is that normal or my phone is defective?

I don’t have allways on display ON. I don’t watch videos on youtube or anything. Just tried using the camera for pictures and facetime and it gets really warm. While chrarging it gets a lot wormer, with any adapter…
