Ever since the latest update to two of my phones (one old (11) with media files for offline playing and the other (15 Pro Max) my daily driver), my Podcasts are self deleting. When I add them back, they are gone within 24 hours. While I have turned off the delete after playing mode, as I like to keep some for future replaying, many unplayed Podcasts are also disappearing. Does anyone know of a fix for this?
I've had a similar issue. I'd previously had hundreds of podcasts saved to my phone. Updated to 26.2 and now all previous downloads are gone.
That is the same timeline that I had.
It is not that, as the Podcasts are still available. In fact, I have redownloaded a few and they are randomly deleted the next day. It also happened on one iphone and a month later it happened on another iPhone.
If the producer of the podcast takes it down there’s little you can do about it.
