Transfer app and data to new iMac from old iMac

How do I transfer an application and data from an old iMac to a new 2025 Tahoe Mac. When I migrated the files initially to the new Mac all the apps and files successfully transferred but one app (Quicken). When I opened Quicken the data was incomplete and lost many years of data. I then deleted Quicken and wish to retransfer Quicken and its data from the old iMac
