Help with how to change all devices to other Apple ID without losing data

Hi everyone, I would love to get your advice on how I can best change my Apple Accounts on:

- iPhone 13

- 2 MacBooks

- Apple Watch

without risking to lose too much data. My Apple ID where I was logged in with all of these devices and then my account was deleted. I already tried to appeal / get it unlocked but this was not approved so I need to login with a new Apple ID. When I remove my old Apple ID I worry that data is deleted from:

  1. Photos
  2. Reminders
  3. Apple Notes
  4. Settings
  5. Data in apps?

I would love to hear from you if next to doing backups to a storage / external drive, there is anything else I can do to avoid data loss?

If the Apple Account was deleted by Apple, you won't be able to sign out of the devices using it. Are you sure it was deleted? Any data associated with that count, such as purchases, iCloud content, contacts, photos, downloaded apps etc.. would have been deleted along with it. So there really would be nothing left for you to preserve on the devices if the account was actually deleted.


It may be locked or disabled, but not deleted entirely. If it is, then those devices are now effectively paperweights.


Also, generally speaking Apple does not delete accounts unilaterally.


You need explain exactly what happened if you want help with before anyone can begin to advise what course of action to take.


In general signing out of an account does not delete anything locally on the devices themselves unless you choose the option to do so when asked.


Also, things like downloaded Apps and purchases media will remain tied to the old account.

You can migrate purchases and app downloads to a new account, but again, that requires the original account to be functional and not deleted. So this would not the an option for your you if the account was indeed deleted by Apple entirely.


Again, explain exactly what happened to your current account and why you believe you need to change to a new one and someone may be able to help.
