Heart and Blood Oxygen app did not work right after WatchOS 26.2 update

Good day!

I have updated to WatchOS 26.2 on my Apple Watch Series 8 (GPS + Cellular).

For the past one week, I realised that Heart app did not work i.e. it did not record any data. Similarly, my Blood Oxygen app also does not work. When I used my ECG app, it did record heart rate information so it is unlikely a hardware issue.

I have tried restart method and also the re-pair method. Both did not work as well.

Has anyone met with this issue recently?
