I would like to upgrade my tidal individual subscription to the family plan but do not see that option in my portal and it says managed by apple in the Tidal portal and on apple it only gives me individual plans as options. Please advise.

Change to a different plan using an iPad or iPhone:
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
3. Tap the name of the subscription that you want to change.
4. Tap See All Plans, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase.

Unfortunately, I signed up so long ago and my account is managed through apple and the only options I see in-app or on desktop lead me to manage my subscription in apple with an individual account or another individual account choice. I have tried all the ways you mention above...
