Unable to login to my MacBook

Seems like in Oct/Nov 2025 something happened to my MacBook. I'm not able to finish a normal log in. I can boot to safe mode and work on things, but the system will not finish a regular boot. I've seen many issues with this, and have tried several of the fixes. In safe mode, I've ran disk fix, and it says everything is ok.

I recommend using Etrecheck to identify memory resident applications and startup routines that could be messing you up. Since safe mode works, go to Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Users and Groups ,select the user, and select login items and delete each one to see if that makes a difference after logging out and back in.

Check also your disk space isn't over 85% full. iCloud and OneDrive can be syncing outside of safe mode, and filling up your computer in the process.
