local apple service centre people can do troubleshooting this problem?

Yes, I'm sure a competent Mac service shop can resolve this problem for you while saving and recovering your data. A competent shop would have the means to access the data on your Mac and copy it to another drive, wipe the drive and reinstall macOS, and finally copy your data back to your iMac.

This is based on the assumption that the startup drive hardware itself is not failing or failed and that the data is not protected by encryption or other security. I hope it is not and that this is simply a case of an overfull drive. 🤞🏽

An Apple Store won't do more than want to perform a clean install. Apple does not care about your data since Apple expects the user to have good backups. This policy regarding user data has been Apple policy for about 10 years or more.

An Apple Authorized Service Provider may provide extra services to assist with data recovery, but once data recovery is done, they also will likely just recommend a clean install of macOS because that is the simplest option here since you have multiple issues here.....missing user account and no Free storage space, perhaps even more issues that we are not aware. Keep in mind the quality of service is only as good as the tech's own knowledge & experience. In my own personal experience the average repair tech does not check the health of the drives before delving into the other issues which is a big mistake especially when it comes to recovering data.

FYI, keep in mind if this was a 2018+ model, then it is unlikely anyone would be able to recover data from a broken Mac due to all of the hardware, software, and security changes. So going forward, please have frequent & regular backups. The more important the data, then the more copies of that data & backups you need...in fact two different backup methods is a good idea for critical data.

EDIT - I just saw that @HWTech has also addressed these points. I'm going to get more coffeee now.

Happens to me all the time. I could swear there were no other responses when I make a post, only to discover there really are/were later responses. Not really sure how or why that happens.

Sometimes it is good to have a second response presented in a different manner.
