How to disable automatic call recording on iPhone 16?

iPhones cannot automatically record calls on their own. Automatic recording always comes from: carrier feature, VoIP app, business account, or 3rd-party recording app. To disable it, you must turn off the feature in the carrier/app settings, not on the iPhone.

How to prevent it? Don't install or activate anything that does this. This is not something the iPhone software itself can even do, so if you are seeing it happen then you must have installed or activated a third party service that is doing this. Only you would know about that unless you gave somebody access to your device and account information so they could install it.
