Unable to sign in to work apps; administrator

I wanted to sign in to my work apps and i couldnt cause apple wouldnt let me so i had to sign in through the system first, problem os it doesnt let me and i dont know who is my administrator (administrator of what)

If your company lets you use personal phones

Ask your IT team:

“I need device access for work apps. Should I enroll my iPhone into the company’s MDM?”

They will give you:

A link to download an MDM profile
Login credentials (company email + password)
Setup steps

Once installed, you will be able to sign in.
