USB is universal so any keyboard will work - that said, if it includes any kind of programmable keys the application/driver would need to have a Mac version. And, of course, a PC keyboard would have an ALT key rather than an option key but you’d quickly figure that out. For a BlueTooth keyboard I’d specifically look for Mac compatibility. Most BT keyboards are labeled for use with Win and Mac but I always look for Mac compatibility. (Actually I always buy one that is compatible with both). The same basic advice applies for a mouse as well.

So many!
Even a keyboard with keys intended for a Windows PC will work with a Mac, but you'll have to learn to use a few different windows keys in place of the typical Mac keys.
Do a google search or a search on Amazon for Mac compatible keyboards and you'll find what you need. USB keyboards will work whether USB-C or USB-A types. Though a keyboard with a USB-A plug will require the use of a USB-A to USB-C plug adapter.
If you're looking for a wireless Bluetooth keyboard, again search for one that lists compatibility with Macs in its description.
Macally and Logitech are two brands that market Mac keyboards. There are many other off brands as well.

Matias keyboards are a personal favorite. I used a Tactile Pro for a long time and gave it up only because it’s mechanical keys and my hearing aids didn’t get along. I replaced it with a wired Matias aluminum keyboard which is closely modeled after Apple’s old aluminum slimline.
I use the Maties backlit wireless keyboard.
However, a wireless keyboard that has rechargeable batteries can be used as a wired keyboard at times by connecting it via its charging cable. I need the backlit for my eyesight but the Apple Magic Keyboard with keypad would be my keyboard of choice.
