I logged to Temu with "sign in with Apple", I didnt know that. Then i ordered and payed some things there. But i cant find an email with Order Confirmation. Now i am scared that they wont send me my order and i ll loose money. Can you tell me where i can find the email?

Sign in with Apple gives you 2 ways to share your email address if you also have an iCloud subscription. The first is by using your actual Apple Account email address and the other is by using a Hide My Email address. If you chose Hide My Email, then you can view the email address used at Settings > [name on top] > iCloud > Hide My Email. You should also see which email address those are being forwarded to. Also check your spam/junk folder for the email.
