Почему я не могу добавить карту МастерКард в оплате и подписках, если до этого она работала, а теперь нет?

This happens when you have outstanding payments on your Apple account, such as subscriptions, in-app purchases, etc.
To resolve this issue, you need to add a card with sufficient funds to cover all outstanding payments on your Apple account.
To do this, follow these steps:
Settings > Account > Payment and Shipping
Here you can choose to enter a payment method and/or shipping address.
