Status bar appears blurry
The bar at the top of my screen containing my battery level, cellular and time is blurry. If I swipe down to see the lockscreen, it unblurs temporarily but then is back to blurry. How do I fix this?

Reset Home Screen layout
If an app or widget is corrupting the blur layer:
- Settings
- General
- Transfer or Reset iPhone
- Reset
- Reset Home Screen Layout
This will not delete apps; it only restores the layout.
