Old files from 2023 reappear after Mac wipe

So after completely wiping a used laptop at the Apple store twice I get these same files from 2023 stored on my computer and in my iCloud, they are .txt and one I can’t upload here which is a .rtf

<Windows server.log>
<Ketbagg.log>
<Wifip2pd.txt.log>

If they are on your iCloud Drive, “wiping” the computer will not affect the existence of those files. If you connect the “wiped” computer back into iCloud, the files will sync back to your Mac. Where are they located on your Mac?

They are just crash logs.

Interesting," wiping a used laptop " meaning previously owned computer .

What is even more interesting and from your " Windows sever " and "Ketbagg " logs

They denote " OS Version:      macOS 14.0 (23A344) " released Oct 22, 2023

More than two year ago.

Not sure what was done on the computer once it was "twice " implied "completely wiping "

Normally, once the computer was Totally Wiped

It would should have downloaded and install the current version Sonoma macOS Sonoma 14.8.2
